If you disagree with any changes to the terms, your sole recourse is to stop using this site. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Centaurtools.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order placed at the incorrect price.

Taxes
Centaurtools.com will withhold sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location in Florida. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales tax imposed in Florida will be 7.5%.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified, Centaurtools.com will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise on the business day following the order (if placed before 1pm EST). Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Centaurtools.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
